2 pkgs Tenderflake® Regular Pie Shells
10 cups (2kg) Cortland apples, cored, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60 mL) brown sugar
4 tbsp (60 mL) cornstarch
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) each ground cinnamon and ground ginger
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter, cut into small pieces
