Step 1: Thaw 2 puff pastries according to package instructions. Roll each puff pastry into a 9in square and lay on top of parchment paper on you work surface. Spread your preferred sweet filling, such as jam, chocolate or cream cheese over the entire sheet in a thin layer.
Step 6: Grab the ends of two strips and firmly press them together. Repeat this step with the remaining strips to complete the snowflake. Transfer pastry to a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until pastry puffed and golden.
