LEFT OVER HALLOWEEN CANDY BAR BITES

ingredients
- 1 Package TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells
- 1 Stick | 8 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
- 2/3 Cup (90 g) Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Teaspoon (5 mL) Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons (30 mL) All-Purpose Flour Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup (250 g) Crisp Candy Coated Chocolates
- 1 Cup (250 g) Chocolate w/ Peanut Butter Bars – Chopped
- 6 Chocolate Wafer Sandwich Cookies – Chopped
- Topping:
- 1 Cup (250 g) Marshmallow Cream
- 1 Cup (250 g) Chocolate Covered
- ButterToffee Candy – Chopped
directions
- PREHEAT Oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cream together Butter and Sugar
- Add in Egg, Vanilla and fold in Flour
- Stir in both Cups of Candy Pieces and chopped Chocolate Wafer Sandwich Cookies
- Evenly divide and fill each TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shell
- Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes
- Remove from oven and spread with Marshmallow Cream
- Sprinkle w/ remaining cup of chopped candy pieces evenly over each tartelette and return to oven to bake for an additional 5 minutes
- Serve cooled with a scoop of ice cream
