Arugula w/ Avocado Cream Savoury Tart

ingredients
- 1 Package TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells
- 2 Cloves of Garlic – Peeled and Split
- 3 Whole Ripe Avocadoes
- 1 Teaspoon (10 mL) Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons (30 mL) Olive
- 2 Cups (400 g) Arugula
- ½ Cup (100 g) Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese – Shaved
- Salt Flakes and Freshly Ground Pepper
directions
- PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°)
- Bake TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells according to package directions
- Cool to room temperature
- Rub each TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shell w/ cut side of Garlic
- In a small mixing bowl, mash Avocado and blend until smooth w/ Lemon Juice and Olive Oil
- Line each TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shell w/ Arugula, then,top with Avocado Cream and garnish w/ Parmigiano Reggiano
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
