Arugula w/ Avocado Cream Savoury Tart

ingredients

  • 1 Package TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic – Peeled and Split
  • 3 Whole Ripe Avocadoes
  • 1 Teaspoon (10 mL) Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons (30 mL) Olive
  • 2 Cups (400 g) Arugula
  • ½ Cup (100 g) Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese – Shaved
  • Salt Flakes and Freshly Ground Pepper

directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°)
  2. Bake TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells according to package directions
  3. Cool to room temperature
  4. Rub each TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shell w/ cut side of Garlic
  5. In a small mixing bowl, mash Avocado and blend until smooth w/ Lemon Juice and Olive Oil
  6. Line each TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shell w/ Arugula, then,top with Avocado Cream and garnish w/ Parmigiano Reggiano
  7. Salt and Pepper, to taste
