Easy berry Cheesecake Tartlette

ingredients

  • 1 Package TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells
  • Filling:
  • 1 8oz (250 g) Package Cream Cheese 1/3 Cup (45 g) Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1⁄4 Cup [62.3 mL) Sour Cream
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL) Lemon Zest
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL) Vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 Cup (250 mL) of Red Jelly
  • 1⁄2 Cup (125 mL) Strawberries -- Sliced 1⁄2 Cup (125 mL) Raspberries
  • 1⁄2 Cup (125 mL) Blueberries

directions

  1. PREHEAT to 375°F (190°C) and bake TENDERFLAKE Mini Tart Shells according to package directions
  2. Remove from oven and allow to cool • Mix together Cream Cheese w/ Sugar, Egg, Sour Cream, Zest and Vanilla
  3. Whisk until fully combined
  4. Divide Evenly and Pour the filing into the 18 tart shells
  5. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes until the
  6. top of the tarts are set
  7. Meanwhile in a saucepan over low heat, melt the Jelly and gently stir in the Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries until the jelly is melted without cooking/overcooking the berries and the berries are coated in jelly
  8. Remove from heat and evenly divide by spoonful over each tart
  9. Option to garnish w/ Small Dollop of Whipped Cream and Berry
