Everything Bagel Puff Pastry Loaf

ingredients
- 1 Package TENDERFLAKE Puff Pastry - thaw according to package directions
- 1 8-ounce (200 g) Container of ARLA Cream Cheese
- 8 Scallions - Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon (15 mL) Anchiote Chile Adobe Paste
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- ¼ Cup (60 mL) Melted Butter
- ¼ - ½ Cup (60 mL - 125 mL) "Everything But The Bagel" Seasoning
directions
- PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°)
- Mix together Cream Cheese, Chopped Scallions, Chili Paste, Salt and Pepper - set aside
- Coat the inside of a 9-inch (23 cm) Baking Loaf Pan with some of the Melted Butter - reserving some for top of loaf
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the TENDERFLAKE Puff Pastry nice and thin without tearing pastry to 16" x 10"
- Spread Cream Cheese Mixture evenly over the pastry
- Sprinkle with EBTB Seasoning, reserving some for the top
- Cut the dough into 4 even 4" strips and each strip into 5 even 2" strips
- In a Baking Loaf Pan, place the pieces on their sides/edges
- Brush top with more Melted Butter
- Bake at 375°F (190°) for 30 - 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown, crisp and cooked
